Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, changes to order details (including color and size changes), or unilateral returns due to customer reasons after an order has been confirmed (e.g. incorrect size, wrong item ordered, item not as expected, long-term absence or refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related reason).
